Professional & Personal Image Consultant

Lucinda Slater is a professionally qualified, London-trained, personal image consultant and an executive member of the Federation of Image Consultants, the standard setting professional body for the professional & personal image industry in the UK and overseas. She sits on the Board of the Federation as Membership Director. She is a former city lawyer who understands the importance of a positive personal style & image and the impact it has on self-esteem and confidence. She is based in Guildford, Surrey and also has a studio in London.

Lucinda is a member of Guildford Speakers Club which is affiliated to Toastmasters International. She is currently Vice President Membership of the club.

Lucinda works with many different types of people who all want to enhance their self-esteem and boost their confidence. Some have their eyes on promotion, others are looking for the confidence to pursue a new direction. She has worked with:

• Women wanting to "get back on track" who feel they have lost their identity after taking time out from their careers to bring up children;
• A senior manager of a national company who regularly gives presentations who wanted to appear more authoritative;
• A firm of solicitors who wanted to improve the personal image of their solicitors as part of a wider marketing strategy;
• A senior executive of a merchant bank who wanted a flexible wardrobe to include outfits for corporate entertaining events as well as everyday business wear;
• A senior executive of an international bank who transferred from working overseas to the London office of her firm, who wanted a working wardrobe both suitable and appropriate for her new position in London.
